Associate Agency Development Manager (AADM)

Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Associate Agency Development Manager (AADM) to join the Life Insurance business. The candidate will be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing insurance advisors, developing client relationships, generating business through field sales, and achieving assigned sales targets.

This role is suitable for candidates with field sales experience who have strong communication, relationship-building, and business development skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard freelance insurance advisors.
• Train, guide, and motivate advisors to achieve business targets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and insurance advisors.
• Conduct field sales activities to generate new business opportunities.
• Identify prospective customers and expand the agency business.
• Monitor advisor performance and support their business development.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and incentive benchmarks.
• Maintain service quality and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Plan and execute local marketing and business development activities.
• Build a productive advisor network and contribute to overall business growth.

Eligibility Criteria

1. Education

• Minimum qualification: Graduation (10+2+3).

• Candidates with a graduate degree or above are eligible.

2. Work Experience

• Minimum 6 months of field sales experience; candidates with 1 year or more will be preferred.

• Experience in Life Insurance, BFSI, banking, financial services, or other sales sectors is preferred.

3. Local Candidate Requirement

• Candidates must have lived in the same city or location for at least 2 years.

• Local candidates are mandatory.

4. Employment Stability

• Candidates should preferably have at least 12 months of employment stability.

• Candidates must be able to provide relevant employment documents, including relieving letters where applicable.

5. Incentive Earnings

• Candidates who have earned annual incentives of ₹20,000–₹25,000 or more will be highly preferred.

• Proof of incentive earnings may be required through payslips, bank statements, ITR, or an employer certificate.

6. Agent Code

• No active insurance agent code is permitted.

• Candidates must meet the company's agent-code eligibility requirements.

7. Age

• Preferred age range: 25–38 years.

8. Other Requirements

• Must own a two-wheeler.

• Must be comfortable with field sales and local travel.

• Must be presentable and comfortable wearing formal attire.

• Must have good communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills.

Clean Hiring Criteria – CLEAN

C – City: Must have lived in the same city for at least 2 years.

L – Loyalty: Preferably 12 months of employment stability.

E – Experience: Minimum 6 months of field sales experience; 1 year or more preferred.

A – Academic Qualification: Graduate or above (10+2+3).

N – Non-Negotiable: No active insurance agent code.

Salary & Benefits

• Annual CTC: ₹3.8 LPA – ₹4.5 LPA, depending on last drawn CTC and experience.

Interview & Selection Process

Interview Timing: 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM

The selection process may include:

1. Two to three interview rounds.

4. Final eligibility and agent-code checks.

5. Offer issuance after successful completion of the selection process.
