We are looking for a skilled and passionate Multi-Cuisine Cook to join our kitchen team in Greater Kailash, New Delhi. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in preparing a variety of cuisines while maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation. The candidate must be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen and contribute to delivering an excellent dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook a wide range of dishes including North Indian, South Indian, Chinese, Continental, and Tandoor (preferred).
Ensure food is prepared according to recipes, quality standards, and customer preferences.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen in accordance with food safety standards.
Handle food preparation, cutting, marination, and cooking efficiently.
Monitor food quality, taste, and presentation before serving.
Manage kitchen inventory and report stock requirements.
Ensure proper storage of food items to minimize wastage.
Follow health and safety regulations at all times.
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and workstations.
Assist in menu planning and suggest new dishes when required.
