We are currently hiring for the below mentioned profile
Job Title : Customer Service Associate (CSA) 
Job Type : Full Time / Permanent 
Location  : Gurgaon (Work From Office Only) 
Salary / CTC : Upto 20,000 only per month plus incentives for freshers and upto 25,000 per month only plus incentives for experience holders by depending upon your interview performance. 
Age Criteria: Between 18 to 30 years only
Daily Work Timing:  9:30 am to 6:30 pm including an hour break.
Working Days : Mon to Sat, Sun will be fixed off 
Mode of Interview : Face to face / walk in only 
Interview Rounds : 2 Rounds only (HR & Ops)  
About The Profile: 
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused customer service associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist customers by resolving their queries, providing product guidance, and ensuring an excellent customer experience. 
Key Responsibilities & Requirements : 

• Must have ability to understand and handle customer problems & queries via phone, email and chat. 
• Must have ability to provide product demonstrations and guide customers on software features.
• Must have ability to resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Coordinate with technical and sales teams to ensure prompt issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM.
• Follow up with customers to ensure complete resolution and satisfaction.
• Must have ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Must have ability to achieve customer satisfaction and service quality targets.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
• Must have good communication & interpersonal skills atleast.
• Must be  graduate in any discipline. 
• Degree pursuing candidates are also eligible to apply. 
• Must have customer-centric attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
• Must have basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
• Must have ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have positive attitude, ability to learn new things,  willingness to grow, etc.
