Develop in-depth knowledge of company products and software solutions.
Gain a strong understanding of warehouse, inventory, and e-commerce operations.
Conduct product demonstrations, onboarding sessions, and customer training programs.
Educate customers on product features, functionalities, and best practices.
Ensure smooth and timely onboarding of new customers.
Help customers adopt product features effectively for maximum business benefits.
Provide ongoing support and guidance to customers.
Resolve customer queries and coordinate with technical teams when required.
Maintain customer engagement and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Track customer usage and encourage feature adoption.
Prepare training materials, user guides, and documentation when required.
