As an HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing candidates, screening profiles, conducting initial interviews, coordinating with applicants, and helping organizations hire the right talent. This is a target-oriented role that requires strong communication skills, consistency, and a proactive approach.
Source candidates through job portals, databases, social media, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct telephonic interviews and initial candidate assessments.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain candidate records and recruitment reports.
Achieve assigned hiring and recruitment targets.
Build a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Ensure a positive candidate experience during the hiring process.
Handle recruitment activities for multiple job openings.
Own laptop and stable internet connection.
Minimum 6 months of experience in Recruitment, Telecalling, Telesales, Customer Service, or Lead Generation.
Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
Comfortable working remotely and independently.
Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Basic knowledge of job portals and candidate sourcing techniques.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Graduate or Undergraduate candidates can apply.
