Welcome customers and provide a professional shopping experience.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable medicines, healthcare, wellness, and personal care products.
Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and ongoing offers.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Maintain product displays and ensure shelves are well-stocked and organized.
Assist customers with billing and payment processes.
Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally.
Coordinate with the inventory team to ensure product availability.
Maintain cleanliness and visual merchandising standards inside the store.
Follow company policies, SOPs, and customer service standards.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
