Akolta Solutions Private Limited is hiring an experienced Radiation Safety Officer (RSO) / Radiologist for a healthcare organization. We are seeking a qualified medical professional with expertise in radiology operations, AERB compliance, radiation safety, diagnostic imaging, and regulatory coordination.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with Atomic Energy Regulatory Board (AERB) regulations, managing radiology department operations, coordinating equipment registration and validation, and maintaining the highest standards of patient safety and quality assurance.
We are looking for an experienced Radiation Safety Officer (RSO) / Radiologist to oversee radiology operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain radiation safety standards in accordance with Atomic Energy Regulatory Board (AERB) guidelines.
The successful candidate will coordinate AERB registrations, supervise diagnostic imaging operations, monitor radiation safety protocols, ensure equipment compliance, and collaborate with hospital administration to maintain operational excellence.
Candidates with experience in Radiology, Radiation Safety, CT Scan, MRI, X-Ray Operations, Diagnostic Imaging, AERB Registration, NABH/NABL Compliance, and Hospital Quality Standards will be highly preferred.
Ensure complete compliance with Atomic Energy Regulatory Board (AERB) regulations.
Coordinate AERB registration, renewal, documentation, and statutory compliance.
Manage radiation safety programs across the radiology department.
Supervise daily radiology operations and diagnostic imaging workflows.
Coordinate installation, registration, validation, and maintenance of radiology equipment.
Ensure CT Scan, MRI, X-Ray, Mammography, and other imaging equipment comply with regulatory requirements.
Conduct radiation exposure monitoring and maintain safety records.
Train radiology technicians and staff on radiation safety practices.
Maintain accurate regulatory documentation and compliance reports.
Coordinate with biomedical engineers and equipment vendors.
Participate in NABH, NABL, and internal quality audits.
Monitor quality assurance and quality control activities.
Ensure patient safety and radiation protection protocols are strictly followed.
Support hospital accreditation activities and regulatory inspections.
